Services

Engage Infomedia offers strategic services to business organizations for their Web business  strategy initiatives. Whether your organization requires an overall "Web" strategy--one that encompasses all aspects of your business—or a more focused, horizontal strategy--one that is focused on just one audience, Engage Infomedia's strategic consultants will work collaboratively with your organization to plan, develop and manage a business site that more than meets your needs.

To develop a unified strategy, Engage Infomedia will work with your organization to:

  1. Understand your organization's business needs, objectives, markets and strategies.
  2. Assess the success of all existing initiatives in meeting their intended objectives.
  3. Identify and prioritize potential improvements/enhancements to these sites.
  4. Develop and present an overall Web strategy vision with a phased action plan to meet the following objectives:
  • To support your organization's vision and strategic plan.
  • To develop a web presence that will be  integrated and scalable, easy to use for the targeted user groups and easy to manage and update.
  • To build, reinforce and enhance your organization's brand identity.
  • To provide easy and cost effective customer support capabilities.
  • To generate added revenue and/or achieve operational efficiencies.

Engage Infomedia has a methodical process to achieve the above.

(A) Strategic Overview Session

During this session, we define the strategy objectives and vision. We examine the operational structure of your business and discuss the dynamics of how the proposed site implementation may affect changes or increase efficiencies in existing workflows and / or back office functions if the initiatives are already in place. Our interactions help us define and create appropriate user models for the site(s). Your business site is a reflection of your organization's brand. The Interface Assessment session helps to assess the usability goals, as well as any corporate style and branding guidelines that should be enforced.

(B) Functional Requirements Session

During this session, we examine systems and features like content management, security, document management, discussion boards etc. that your organization desires. We identify existing and potential future content/data types (e.g., graphics, images, text, applications, etc.) as well as the sources of the content.

(C) Technical Requirements Session

During this session, we identify the software architecture for the systems discussed and review your organizations existing systems and identify potential touch points with new systems. We  discuss the existing network architecture, including hardware configurations and any existing arrangements. Future hardware, networking, monitoring and/or hosting requirements are also analyzed.
